Ovivo Inc. is planning to build a new plant near Austin and the project is handed over to Titan Development. They have previously financed over $25 million on construction projects. This mega project will open a gateway to almost 100 office-based and technician jobs in Greater Austin.

Titan Development organized a celebration ceremony on March 9, 2022, Wednesday in order to start a mega project of buildings 4 constructions by Ovivo Inc. The project is all set to start over a 110,000 square-foot area under the premises of Titan Innovation Business Park in Hutto, Texas.

Ovivo Inc. globally supplies water and wastewater treatment equipment, systems, and technology. Ovivo is serving its facilities in Denmark and Canada but due to the increasing costumers across North America in industrial and municipal sectors, Hiren Trivedi, Vice President of Ovivo, thinks Hutto is the best place to serve the Austin based customers. Whereas, Joe Iannacone, senior vice president of Titan Development based in Austin, appreciates the choice of Ovivo for their mega project and is excited to work with them.
According to the plan, Cembrane’s unique patented silicon carbide (SiC) flat screens will be produced during the second phase of the industrial park which also includes a new tilt-up concrete building. The project is designed to cover 8 acres along with 28 ft height, 6 dock doors, a drive-up door with car parking of 105 cars at a time. This is a really good news for all used heavy equipment dealers out there. Collectively, 6 buildings will be included in phase 2 of the 100-acre project. Possibly, the construction will complete at end of 2022.
Ovivo Inc. has a plan to take ground next to Texas State Technical College which is a mile away from main highway 130 and under the area of 10 miles of interstate 35. Whereas, the site is almost 30 miles away from Austin Bergstrom International Airport on the south and 28 miles away from downtown Austin.
