Most of the time, these leaders are right and are efficient in delivering their message, however, unfortunately, there are many who suffer from a false notion of leadership. The myth of leadership communication isn’t exactly a shock, but it is a result of the power that is vested on the heads of companies and the fact that they attribute the achievement of many companies due to the character of their leader. This creates an image around them and creates an atmosphere.
